We were on the fence for quite some time as to whether we should use a shipping app (using numerous apps with reoccurring charges can get pricey). We spent a lot of time researching the different apps available, but to be honest it was the free trial with no credit card required (I hate those free trials that morph into automatic paid subscriptions) that sealed the deal and pushed us to sign up with ShipStation. Between the discounted shipping rates and the time savings of using ShipStation, I can honestly say that this app more than pays for itself. It's powerful, easy to use, and has been quite dependable thus far. Very pleased.

ShipStation by far is the best order fulfillment software available! It is easy to use, can be accessed from anywhere and makes customer service and order fulfillment a breeze. I only have positive things to say and would recommend this product to everyone with an ecommerce business!

ShipStation is one of the best shipping software. It has great automation features which can configure according to customer requirements. Their customer service is good!!!

App works perfectly for our needs. We have been using Shopify for years. We specifically like the item view, where you can see a thumbnail of what the customer ordered. We also like the feature that allows you to see if this is a new customer or a repeat buyer. They are attentive to customer issues, have very little down time and over all it is the best out there- (we have looked)

Ship Station is great! My company sells on several marketing channels and Ship Station brings orders from all my stores into one convenient place. You will never copy and paste addresses again! The rates are great too. If you have more than one storefront on more than one platform, you will LOVE it and it will save so much time!

ShipStation is great. I love this app! It cut my time I spent on my shipping label by more than half. Well worth it. I recommend it for everyones online business.

We use ShipStation along with Shopify for shipping of our online orders. The integration is seamless and it's easy to compare shipping rates for different shipping partners like USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc. to find the most economical option or quickest delivery time. The labels are easy to print and the tracking numbers are helpful when we need to follow a package thru the delivery system. Even adding more postage to our online account is a breeze. If I could suggest anything, it would be to offer a subscription level between the 50 and 500 shipments per month level as we often exceed 50, but don't come anywhere near 500 per month.

Ship Station is a must-have for any small business who engages in ecommerce! It makes end-of-day shipping so easy and has streamlined our process to help make time for what's important: growing our business! Their support team is always responsive and resolves issues in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this app.

Super Happy with Shipstation! Currently have it connected to handle my USPS shipments and get a nice discount on those labels. Also have my Printful account connected and it was easy to set-up rules in Shipstation so that I can still see all the orders while letting the print on demand stuff happen on the Printful side.
