Best Maps Ever
Shipstation is a must-have for me, especially for the convenience of funneling multiple sales channels into one place. As far as the Shopify app- I don't even notice that it exists so I'd say it's working flawlessly.

Shipstation is an excellent shipping app. We're able to integrate all our sales channels (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc) and use the same automation rules to quickly print out the correct postage. Our business would be much more difficult to run without it.

Great shipping solution. No issues with Shopify integration. Really allows you to manage and organize your shipments, inventory, etc. You can also tag shipments, which is useful for reporting.
We feel ShipStation is not only a great shipping solution, but designed and functions better than every cloud based technology platform that we've tried, including e-commerce, inventory, accounting and financial platforms, and we've experimented a lot. We're working towards having ShipStation manage workflow tasks that our other systems are meant to handle because ShipStation is so well built, it can handle them as well or better, on top of shipping tasks.
I've already written detailed reviews praising ShipStation, so this review is for the Shopify app only. It works flawlessly. Installs in seconds, and just about zero setup work to do. It just works.

I initially put in one star because of the issues we had connecting shopify with shipstation, the orders were not importing into shipstation and for months we didn't know what to do, talked with shipstation many times but nothing, until we contacted shopify to help us and that was the major turning point, the guys at shopify didn't settle until they fixed the issue and found us someone that does have great experience at shipstation, talk about a great great partners work :). What we found out is that on the checkout setting on shopify the automatically fulfill order lines item was checked that what created all issues.
We right now have connected shipstation with Jet, Wal-Mart, amazon (for FBM), ebay and finally shopify, all working pretty good.
What I like most about the whole thing is that the customer service for both shipstation and shopify when both worked together is 10 stars.
