Constantly loses connection and needs to be manually refreshed.
Every single day I have to manually refresh the ShipStation Connect app on my laptop after a few minutes of inactivity. Then I have to manually refresh the Store Status page, which takes 30 seconds or more to complete. Then I have to manually refresh the order page itself, but I can't do both at the same time. The order page does not automatically update with new orders for approximately 4-6 hours typically, in my experience.
At least once a week I have to log out of ShipStation Connect entirely and log back in to refresh the connection yet again.
Every step in this process wastes time that I could spend processing orders.

Disconnecting every few minutes is definitely not expected behavior for ShipStation Connect, and we understand how much time that's costing you throughout the day. I really appreciated getting to be connected with a live individual to walk through the setup. The software is pretty deep so it definitely sped up our setup time to work with someone who was familiar with it. We worked with RJ who was great and helped us customize the settings for what we need to do. Very good onboarding experience overall

We’ve struggled to find a shipping solution that fully supports our unique print-on-demand business model, and we’ve learned that there is no perfect platform for every operational need.
That said, ShipStation has helped streamline our workflow and improve order-processing accuracy. The setup and implementation were challenging—and continue to be a work in progress—but ShipStation’s support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, especially Stephani Williams.

With her thoughtful guidance, our team has gone from novice users to confidently navigating and troubleshooting the platform.
