We’ve struggled to find a shipping solution that fully supports our unique print-on-demand business model, and we’ve learned that there is no perfect platform for every operational need.

That said, ShipStation has helped streamline our workflow and improve order-processing accuracy. The setup and implementation were challenging—and continue to be a work in progress—but ShipStation’s support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful, especially Stephani Williams.

Through countless scheduled and impromptu meetings, Steph’s patience, flexibility, and warm personality helped turn many frustrating moments—and even a few tears—into laughter. With her thoughtful guidance, our team has gone from novice users to confidently navigating and troubleshooting the platform. We truly appreciate the level of care and support she has provided throughout the process.

Great app, and the shipping prices are very competitive. Shame you can't show availability in the way of a percentage bar, in the awaiting shipment grid, so you didn't have to open each order, then it would be perfect!

Eigentlich eine tolle App, die gut aufgebaut ist und flüssig läuft. sie lässt sich gut anpassen. Allerdings wird der internationale Versand aus Deutschland mit DHL nicht unterstützt. Und das wichtigste: Wir hatten einen schweren Fehler, der zum kompletten Stop unseres Accounts geführt hätte und der Kundenserivce hat trotz Kontakt per Mail, Chat und Formular über einen Moant nicht reagiert. Überlegt es auch genau, ob ihr euren kompletten Versand an ein Unternehmen ohne Kundenservice abgeben wollt!

Es freut uns, dass die App an sich gut für Sie funktioniert; allerdings bedauern wir sehr, dass es keinen DHL-Support für den internationalen Versand aus Deutschland gibt und dass es zu einem kritischen Fehler sowie einer monatelangen Funkstille seitens unseres Support-Teams gekommen ist. Das entspricht nicht unserem eigenen Anspruch – insbesondere bei einem so wichtigen Thema wie dem Kontozugriff.
