We've been using Shiptheory since launching on Shopify back in February. It's a great app that has allowed us to semi automated the printing of postage labels. We are looking to use this app to fully automate in the coming months.

I think what is even more pleasing is the team behind the app really care about their customers. Support reaching out to you by phone when there are important updates, rather than leaving them and panic reacting. Furthermore the team are very knowledgeable and have never let us down.

Ship Theory is one of the most important platforms we use, what used to take hours now takes minutes and now we couldn't operate without it! Support is always first class, just this week we had a few queries and had to change our shipping method, George resolved everything in less than 10 minutes meaning we could continue sending with no disruption

Amazing software that makes shipping process a lot easier and so much faster! It’s going to be a lifesaver for us during the upcoming Black Friday & Christmas season. The customer support is excellent and always there to answer any questions or to help find solutions/ fix any issues especially during the setup process. We would recommend Shiptheory to everyone who’s business is growing and who need faster shipping solution.

So easy to use with our Parcelforce parcels that we are in the process of adding Royal Mail to it!! Allowing multiple companies to be added means everything can be done in one place rather than having to jump around multiple sites to print labels.
Josh Hodder was brilliant at taking me through the steps and when I hit a blip he was there immediately to help. I cannot fault the customer service. I just wish other companies were as professional and supportive.

After extensive research for a shipping app where we could create international shipping labels, fully automatic, directly from our Shopify Order page. I decided to go for Shiptheory, and I am very glad I did.
After setting the right international shipping rules, this app made it possible for our entire staff to label each and every order themselves, without needing the knowledge of every shipping product for each destination country.
The entire Customer service team of Shiptheory is very responsive & helpfull, in case of any issues, and are even willing to go an extra step in case you request something custom or a new improvement in the app.

We have recently transferred our account to Shopify with Shiptheory being our dispatch app. Despite many teething problems on our part, Josh Hodder has always been on the other end of the phone to sort them out. He video called this morning and patiently worked through the issues we were having . He has made the process so much easier than it may have been

We have used Shopify since our launch in 2020 - It was recommended to us and does exactly what we need, so much so we are now starting to roll it out as part of our new business software comapny wide, rather than just a Shopify link.
Support is fantastic and super speedy with a response and solution!

Integrated shipping between shopify and Parcelforce. Works great, we've been using them for about 9 months without issue. Even better their customer service pick up the phone right away and fix things just as fast.

Really impressive software & a great team of technical experts to support it! We've been using these guys for roughly 2 years and have had nothing but amazing technical support. The set up takes no time at all and once you're up and running it's incredibly simple to use. They've really taken our shipping process to a whole new level especially during the busier times. Couldn't recommend enough.

App works as it should, makes life a lot easier for us, and top level service and integration by Kabir, he made everything easy to set-up and checks in to see if everything still going well. Great solution and great service, thanks Kabir
