Absolutely love Shiptheory, it integrates so well with Shopify and our couriers making shipments so much easier. We had a slightly confusing selection of couriers that all had different requirements but with the help of Josh Hodder we made all the rules and they work like a charm. We've been with Shiptheory for about 8 months and the support from the rest of the team has been great. They've also onboarded with a courier we requested too so it's always getting better.
Great app, works well and covers all of our needs. Any problems are quickly solved, with their excellent customer service. Has made our shipping much more quicker and easier. Highly recommend.
