Had some issues with my emails to support not getting through, but once we got back in touch, everyone I spoke to at Shiptheory was extremely helpful and listened to our concerns. They quickly implemented a feature that was originally missing and so we're now using the app successfully for all our deliveries. The rules functionality is super powerful and has reduced the risk of human error from picking between services. Would definitely recommend Shiptheory to other businesses like ours.

This is a great app which has automated our shipping label printing and carrier booking processes very successfully. The initial support from Kabir with setup and refining the rules settings was first class - especially valuable to have a direct line phone number to make contact and several video calls to help iron out teething troubles.
