We are an Indian market place with over 200 vendors. We started working with Ship Turtle in February 2021. Ship Turtle allows us to seamlessly split orders and it helps us to give control to our vendors for inventory and order management. This has greatly freed up our small team's time and let us focus on growing our business. Last but not the least, Ship Turtle's team is very responsive and have been extremely helpful while we transitioned and even post the transition with our zillion customisation requests that we needed for our business model. Few standout features of the app - Automatic diversion of a composite customer order to various sellers, Seller friendly dashboard, Various combinations that a marketplace site can employ for commission calculation & finally the reconciliation module. Our store changed to Shipturtle from an old Vendor marketplace app. It was the best decision we have made. These guys have created a fully functioning perfect marketplace app. One thing I want to mention, their support is amazing and they really have passion in making their app work smoothly. The other marketplace apps we have tried on the Shopify app store have terrible support, confusing menus and malfunctioning code (we lost thousands). But this app just works perfectly, and I'm sure if there were any glitches (which we haven't had), the support team would fix it quickly. Thanks team, you've helped our store get back on track!

After around 12 months of using a few other solutions and months of hunting, we finally came across Shipturtle and it was exactly what we were looking for to manage our marketplace. The platform feels very robust and the user interface is as snappy as it could be. Although the platform is very stable but even if an issue arises, the team is supportive enough to get things resolved in real time.

As a marketplace, we were struggling with manual processing of orders and the intricacies that came with it. Through shipturtle, we have managed to streamline all our processes, in a timely, effective and cost-effective manner. Kudos to Sharad and the entire ship-turtle team, for an incredible product and the support provided!

From Day 1 with ShipTurtle we have been very satisfied with our experience. We have a unique selling platform which has required coding tweaks to improve or simplify functionality on our site. ShipTurtle has fulfilled all of our requests and also made recommendations on improvements in the future. We are currently in a soft launch of our shop and they have been timely in helping us with anything we need.

We used shipturtle for 6 months with Enterprise plan and leaving it because their customer service is rubbish, they ask for money all the time, even for a demo, They will not show you how to process orders, how to do integration, they will say pay us our time is valuable. Their system has limitations but they don't check and ask us to make videos and send us. It was a bad experience overall working with stubborn people, We wasted our money and precious time but we had experience and that is what intending to share with you guys to take extra measures using this app. I dont think they deserve 1 start it should be -1.
