First of all, during the demo session, they force you to subscribe
You can’t proceed without signing up for a paid plan. Then, even if you cancel the subscription within the app, they’ll keep charging you unless you uninstall it completely.
There’s ZERO explanation about this, and they make it deliberately difficult to cancel.

When I complained, they offered a refund but only if I changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars. I complied.

Still, no refund. Nothing.

Up until I changed the review, I was getting constant emails from their support. The moment I updated the review? Total silence. They ghosted me.

If you’re looking for a multi-vendor app, just go with Webkul. Seriously. It’s a much more reliable and professional company.

I manage a successful D2C clothing brand on Amazon and Flipkart. We have recently diversified into a clothing marketplace on our own Shopify store where we have introduced new styles from other brands.

We are happy to recommend Shipturtle for its powerful feature that syncs the inventory of my vendor stores on Shopify, and Woocommerce easily. I am also to manage commissions on multiple levels with simple payout options. There are many more features to explore! Great app to automate marketplace management.

Not a good fit for us here in Europe, unfortunately. Glitchy app, complex UX, rendering issues, questionable ethics, translation errors.. Startup plan support requests for basic functions are met with a demand to "upgrade to at least the Peak Plan". Poor strategy, really; if the base plan fails to function properly what can be expected on a higher plan? Perhaps a misalignment in Eastern (indian)/Western business approaches, but this mentality wasn't sustainable for us.

After around 12 months of using a few other solutions and months of hunting, we finally came across Shipturtle and it was exactly what we were looking for to manage our marketplace. The platform feels very robust and the user interface is as snappy as it could be. Although the platform is very stable but even if an issue arises, the team is supportive enough to get things resolved in real time.

This app is absolutely perfect for my needs to run a dropshipping business. My vendors find it incredibly easy to use as the system is very straightforward. Customer service was extremely quick to respond and very helpful in setting up a new carrier. I would 100% recommend.

We like this app better than the most reviewed multivendor marketplace app out there. Here is why: - The interface is times cleaner, simpler and easier to understand.
- The loading time when switching between sections is shorter.
- The configurations are less and more direct.
- It's cheaper. What we miss
- Ability for making a shop page for each vendor. This made us think twice.
- Ability to translate messages that are automatically emailed to vendors and buyers.
- Several options for messages that are emailed automatically to vendors and buyers. Reason why we give 5 stars even tho it does less at the moment is because it does it better and it looks better.
