The team at ShipTurtle is professional and always willing to help when I need it. They have done a lot of custom work for me, and broke my expectations for their custom capabilities. I would recommend their platform over all other marketplace apps on Shopify. Lastly, their customer service team deserves 5 stars.
After around 12 months of using a few other solutions and months of hunting, we finally came across Shipturtle and it was exactly what we were looking for to manage our marketplace. The platform feels very robust and the user interface is as snappy as it could be. Although the platform is very stable but even if an issue arises, the team is supportive enough to get things resolved in real time.
We've tried a number of different apps to build out our vendor portal, and ShipTurtle is the only one flexible enough to meet our needs. The support and willingness to customize has been great.
