Shipway Order Tracking

We have just started our journey with Shipway.in. We are impressed with their order tracking url and notifications services. They have a very good support team (Lakshmi, Ankur) to address all our queries with a lot of patience and they also seem to be very responsive and approachable! We are hoping that this service along with their shipping automation service (Shipway.com), and their respective support teams would help us to achieve our goals.

I use this app to track the delivery of my customer orders and to send automated emails to my customers when the Order is initially posted and then again when the Order is out for delivery and delivered. The integration with Shopify is seamless.

Shipway is the only app which shows delivery details on shopify dashboard. It makes it easy to mark orders delivered or RTO. The integration with Ezyslip would have been plus.

A must have for Indian e-commerce websites. One best part is, customer will not call for asking the status of their shipment. They will get update on email & sms. Good app & very good support..
