This app used to show me the notification logs. I am paying for SMS notifications to be sent to our customers. Suddenly the logs doesn't show anymore and they won't tell me why! No notifications are being sent to my customers despite having paid for the sms notifications! I am asking for the logs to be shown to me, but they won't and the response is sooo slow!! The only reason I am still keeping this shitty app is because I still have a balance! If you are new, I suggest you find another app who is more responsive!

Parece bom... estou positivamente surpreso .. é excelente para novos donos de lojas que estão começando e não querem gastar muito dinheiro em um aplicativo.

Been using this app for more than a year now. This app has tons of bugs. Every month there's an issue. Some orders are not detected and marked as delivered. Every time. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You can review our WhatsApp messages with Ankur, Key Acc Manager. I always report an issue, it defeats the purpose of automation because I always check the orders if they are mark as delivered or not. Right now, 31 orders, only 5 orders are reflected on Shipway account. Also, their Key Acc Manager does not reply sometimes. They only reply fast once you leave a 1-star review. The app sucks as well as the customer service.

Good app, easy to use, and probably the best one for India based shops.
We had a issue with the statuses for our courier, emailed Shipway and they fixed it overnight. Very happy with the service.

This app helps me get reviews on my store and it helps me get people to trust my store way more than just a store with no reviews!!! Notification on the right time to my customer with tracking details are very impressive.
Customer support is very good and they reply me on my all query, highly recommend.

This app gives me the clarity of daily shipment status. Also, It shows how we can improve courier performance by NDR. If shipway can include inventory management and order processing it will be great.

Poor Customer Support. No proper documentation available on how to add tracking widget in the webpage. Have been asking for integrating the Order tracking in my website and no updates until date. 2 Stars - for Review widget and its proper documentation.
