Extremely bad support, Buggy system, non responsive UI and they do not even bother to resolve for it.

This is the worst app ever, the trackings are not accurate and can takes up to 2 weeks to update, it made me lose hundred of customers because they weren't notified to pickup their package. Never install this app or you will lose your business

The support is very poor someone named Jyoti dont' answer my questions and just keep me hanging in there alone. I have problems with editing my emails templates I don't know why but I can't save the changes made to the email notification template.

I appreciated their good service. Customer support is efficient with good approaching attempt. Was having issue to show tracking widget on our store and it is resolved by the help of support.

Works, however it was a pain to get it to work.

When it did finally work, I didn't realise because I was entering the shopify order ID (#1005) but the app doesnt recognise the hashtags and this caused errors. Nowhere was I told that? With this order ID system being the default in Shopify, you would think it would follow suit, like other apps.

App had trouble syncing with my orders and I had to enter them manually to be picked up. Very confusing and time consuming.

Tracking widget customisation is limited. I also cannot hide the chinese names, (because I dropship from AliExpress), which I think is silly.

Support is done over WhatsApp, and is quite unprofessional.

For a free app, it works, I guess. But it isn't for me.

It don't show the message on the top of the page. I tries evrything I can but I just can have the two boxes but no messages on the top

It will not sync my fulfilled orders from shopify after I installed it for about a half hour trying to sync them so I cancelled the app.
