Très pratique pour avoir un suivi détaillé de tous ses envoi sur le tableau de bord.
Dommage cependant que le tableau de bord ne soit pas intégré directement à Shopify.
De plus le plugin à intégrer à sa boutique permettant au client de suivre directement sa commande est très pratique.
Et surtout, un service client et une réactivité au top !!
Je recommande !

The support is very poor someone named Jyoti dont' answer my questions and just keep me hanging in there alone. I have problems with editing my emails templates I don't know why but I can't save the changes made to the email notification template.

Very good app. I have been using this app to send whatsapp notification to customer about the order. It really makes it easier for customers to track their orders. Infact it is very suitable with shopify.

This app used to show me the notification logs. I am paying for SMS notifications to be sent to our customers. Suddenly the logs doesn't show anymore and they won't tell me why! No notifications are being sent to my customers despite having paid for the sms notifications! I am asking for the logs to be shown to me, but they won't and the response is sooo slow!! The only reason I am still keeping this shitty app is because I still have a balance! If you are new, I suggest you find another app who is more responsive!

Been using this app for more than a year now. This app has tons of bugs. Every month there's an issue. Some orders are not detected and marked as delivered. Every time. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You can review our WhatsApp messages with Ankur, Key Acc Manager. I always report an issue, it defeats the purpose of automation because I always check the orders if they are mark as delivered or not. Right now, 31 orders, only 5 orders are reflected on Shipway account. Also, their Key Acc Manager does not reply sometimes. They only reply fast once you leave a 1-star review. The app sucks as well as the customer service.

They have a very good support team (Lakshmi, Ankur) to address all our queries with a lot of patience and they also seem to be very responsive and approachable! I have been trying to find an app that works with Royal Mail and this is the only one that I can find.
Very impressed so far. There was one small issue when I first installed it but the support team sorted it out very quickly.
Definitely recommend this app.

BEWARE. This app is poorly made. The interface is extremely outdated and several things do not work. They have a javascript error that conflicts with several themes and the order tracker will not show on your website. I experienced this and when I asked for a refund since I was on the paid plan, their customer service team ignored me. Any responses they give to this review is just for show. The app is horrible and the customer service is worse. I recommend the app AFTERSHIP instead of this. It's 100x better. You're welcome.

This is the worst app ever, the trackings are not accurate and can takes up to 2 weeks to update, it made me lose hundred of customers because they weren't notified to pickup their package. Never install this app or you will lose your business

Love the branded tracking page options! It was really easy to set up and it looks more credible and legitimate than other formats I've seen being used by other companies.

Shipway is the only app which shows delivery details on shopify dashboard. It makes it easy to mark orders delivered or RTO. The integration with Ezyslip would have been plus.

A must have for Indian e-commerce websites. One best part is, customer will not call for asking the status of their shipment. They will get update on email & sms. Good app & very good support..

Great app, I recommend this to all, particularly for websites based in India. The good thing is, they have connected India post also, with all other leading courier partners. The support is instant. We can make a call, chat on Whatsapp, or mail to them for getting support.

Extremely convenient app. Gives you plenty of freedom and control as to what shipping details your customers will see. Worth paying for in the long run. Fewer customers are complaining about shipping tracking after downloading app. Customer service will take some time to reply but all in all, answered my requests. I would give this a 4.7/5 stars!

We have been using this app for almost a month now. Very few inquiries about the order status. SMS updates have become very popular since the number one way of ordering is on a mobile telephone. Customers love the SMS updates and when speaking to return customers, notifications are one of the reasons. Very very happy with this service!
