Shipway has been a huge help to our store. It makes it easy for us to keep track of all our shipments in one place and send us notifications if there are any shipping issues or delays. With Shipway we finally managed to find a solution to make our customers happy and help them solve problems that may occur with shipments even before being reported by the carrier, The customers are happy and we have less work.

This is the worst app ever, the trackings are not accurate and can takes up to 2 weeks to update, it made me lose hundred of customers because they weren't notified to pickup their package. Never install this app or you will lose your business

I installed Shipway for my shopify store and it installed very easily and fast. As soon as the tracking code arrived, it was synced with the app and notification sent to the customer. Emails can be customized to your own needs including URLs, discount codes, logo etc. Great way to do business!

Simple to use. Automatically send tracking emails to customers. I've reduced my time spent on replying to customers queries about packages whereabouts. Makes great looking tracking pages. Support were helpful.
