This app helps me get reviews on my store and it helps me get people to trust my store way more than just a store with no reviews!!! Notification on the right time to my customer with tracking details are very impressive.
Customer support is very good and they reply me on my all query, highly recommend.
The support is very poor someone named Jyoti dont' answer my questions and just keep me hanging in there alone. I have problems with editing my emails templates I don't know why but I can't save the changes made to the email notification template.
great concept and i believe a little outdated but functional. they have a quick live chat support which is impressive. the drawback for me right now is that i'm setting up a brand new store and their plans are prepaid bulk orders for tracking and email and all kinds of stuff. it's great but i don't want to prepay for something i may not even need yet or at all.
I have been trying to find an app that works with Royal Mail and this is the only one that I can find.
Very impressed so far. There was one small issue when I first installed it but the support team sorted it out very quickly.

Works, however it was a pain to get it to work.
When it did finally work, I didn't realise because I was entering the shopify order ID (#1005) but the app doesnt recognise the hashtags and this caused errors. Nowhere was I told that? With this order ID system being the default in Shopify, you would think it would follow suit, like other apps.
