Customers can track their orders online plus they get a message and email on every shipping status change. We also get feedback from our customers after every NDR and delivery. Decrease in RTO after using this app.

You can customize templates.
You can have your own sender id
I liked that you can customize any sms template
The interface is also clean and easy to use.

Poor Customer Support. No proper documentation available on how to add tracking widget in the webpage. Have been asking for integrating the Order tracking in my website and no updates until date. 2 Stars - for Review widget and its proper documentation.

I used this app to track all shipments really good not for only shipments, rates was also good and support team helpful also on non-working days.
