BEWARE. This app is poorly made. The interface is extremely outdated and several things do not work. They have a javascript error that conflicts with several themes and the order tracker will not show on your website. I experienced this and when I asked for a refund since I was on the paid plan, their customer service team ignored me. Any responses they give to this review is just for show. The app is horrible and the customer service is worse. I recommend the app AFTERSHIP instead of this. It's 100x better. You're welcome.

Great app. I have had issues with other apps when my customer was trying to Track Order. I installed this and asked the technical team to help me set up my courrier service correctly and they did really well. I would appreciate the help and recommend others.
Shipway is a great App for your shopify store. We use it for our website. Easy to configure and use.
Very good app. I have been using this app to send whatsapp notification to customer about the order. It really makes it easier for customers to track their orders.

Super easy to install and get integrated with Shopify. Our customers love the new service we offer with Shipment tracking pages and email notifications. Would recommend any time and should be something every Shopify store integrates to keep customers up to date on their shipments.
Extremely bad support, Buggy system, non responsive UI and they do not even bother to resolve for it.
