Sunny, the product manager, called me directly for communication, and within a few hours the app was installed, the widgets were embedded, and it looked great~We also had some business communication, great support + app

I really like this app and I've been using it for a few months now, but unfortunately it bugs on my site every week and the widget disappears and I have to wait a few days for their tech support to fix it. And this happens EVERY WEEK. We are starting to think about switching to another application...
Great little app to add an additional revenue to your store. Looks like it doesn't bug site or slow things down. Will monitor.

The service team has been super responsive and resolved some integration issues without a day. It is the most affordable option out there for shipping protection and seems like its a perfect fit for our store!

good to use, easy to install on my store, it increase AOV by add the insurance fees, really helpful on my sales!
