This is an excellent app, and I highly recommend it. Over 60% of my store users will be adding shipping protection, which for me, completes a new value that I will keep using, and I believe their upcoming features will be revolutionary and greatly improve my post-purchase processing efficiency.

Helped me out very quickly with my questions.
Support on this application has been very helpful. And the ability to use these features is a game changer!
I had a couple issues with integration. I got FAST help and this app is SO SIMPLE. All I wanted as absolute simplicity for a quick AOV booster and a cushion for our 1% error factor. With this app doing it's thing, we should always come out ahead on customer claims and we will also be able to filter out the folks who didn't opt in for a more streamlined and defined yes/no process for replacements.

I had Elly helping me out to remove the branding and she did so very quickly and was very nice about it, and added custom insurance icons. This was amazing thank you
