They have very good products.
But the attention of the employees is very poor and disappointing.
Every time I have an order I have to inform them so they can produce it.
I have had to cancel orders from my clients because they have taken more than a week to produce.
This situation causes you to lose clients.
It is a bad experience for the customer and for yourself.

Ich verstehe leider nicht, woher die älteren positiven Kommentare kommen.
Das Handling der Shirtee.Cloud App ist leider für mich nicht zielführend.
Produkte können nicht erneut nach Shopify synchronisiert werden.
Eine nachträgliche Einsicht in die konfigurierten Produktdetails (Größen, Farben, SKUs, Bilder, etc.) ist bei Shirtee nicht möglich.
Die vorherige App "Shirtee: Print-on-Demand" ist leider nicht mehr verfügbar, obwohl Shirtee auf ihrem Youtube-Kanal noch immer ein Video dazu online hat, wie man einen Shirtee-Shop als Transfershop für Shopify einrichtet. Das funktioniert in Shirtee.Cloud leider nicht mehr, hätte ich aber sehr gerne genutzt.
Auf Shirtee.com selber kann man keine Verbindung zu Shopify einrichten, zumindest habe ich nichts dazu gefunden.
Sehr schade - ich hätte gerne Shirtee in mein Shopsystem integriert und wollte von meinen bisherigen Anbietern komplett wechseln. Im aktuellen Zustand ist die App allerdings nicht nutzbar für mich.

Would not recommend. I placed their shirts with my designs on my webshop, did a big order to check the quality. The prints were not good, (too low), I filed a complaint and without any communication they sent the order to me again AND CHARGED me for it. So I had to go to the customer service again and ask why that was, then after a few days they returned the money that they charged extra.
After that the order arrived and still it wasn't good. I received a normal shirt instead of a Croptop, no logo in the front (which is included in my designs), so I had to file a complaint AGAIN. Now again, without any communication, they charged me AGAIN!
Tried calling them, mailing them, no response for days!! I also requested to speak to a manager, but no response at all.
I placed a big order for promotion and I'm already regretting that (Still didn't receive it either..
Save your time and money and don't choose for Shirtee.

Von den ersten Testbestellungen an waren ca 10-20% der Bestellungen mit versetzem oder schiefen Druck. Hatte regelmäßig 2-3 Wochen Lieferzeit bei meinen Kunden und in seltenen Fälle auch fast 1 Monat. Massenabfertigung. Sie haben scheinbar zu viele Kunden und kommen nicht hinterher.
Der Kundenservice war in Ordnung.
Riesen Sortiment, welches allerdings nichts bringt wenn die Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten wird und regelmäßig schief bedruckt wird. Habe dann zu Marketprint gewechselt, wo ich dasselbe Problem habe.

GARNIX funktioniert. App sollte man mal runter nehmen.

Print on Demand, würde ich besser bei Shirtee lassen 5 Test Bestellungen gemacht keine davon war fehlerfrei. Abgesehen von der Lieferzeit teilweise bis zu 2 Wochen. Ich habe Shirtee, glücklicherweise auf keinen Kunden losgelassen. Würde ich auch keinem empfehlen.

SO AGIEREN NUR VERBRECHER! FINGER WEG!!! Warte seit mehreren Monaten auf zugesagte korrigierte Rechnungen, da mir fälschlicherweise die UST verrechnet wurde. Mir wurden mehrmals vom "Support" korrigierte Rechnungen samt Gutschriften zugesagt. Nix ist passiert, nur leere Versprechungen! Es ist denen egal, dass man Probleme mit Finanz und Kunden bekommt. Irgendwann antwortet der sogenannte "Support" dann einfach nicht mehr. Und ich bin kein Einzelfall wir man hier ja sieht. Auch auf Facebook gibt es massig negative Kommentare!!! SPART EUCH DIESEN ANBIETER!!! OHNE ANWALT UND KONSUMENTSCHUTZ KOMMT MAN BEI DIESEM "UNTERNEHMEN" NICHT ZU SEINEM RECHT!!! NOCHMALS FINGER WEG!

Unglaublicher BETRUG, was hier abläuft. Nicht nur, dass auf meine Kundenanfragen niemand antwortet (auch auf wiederholte E-Mails und mit wochenlanger Geduld nicht) - Aufträge werden einfach nicht ausgeführt!!! Der Kunde bezahlt, Shirtee streicht das Geld ein und lässt die Aufträge dann einfach unausgeführt. Einige meiner Aufträge stehen seit MONATEN aus. FINGER WEG VON DIESEM ANBIETER! BETRUG!
