Overall the experience is quite good, and we would recommend them as a partner - there's just a bit of work to be done... For example, every item created will automatically be created in German, even if selected to be created in English. Updating wallet via bank transfer will take ±72hours, adding delays if you don't want to keep your business' money in their account. We would also like a better accuracy connecting stock levels to our site - we've had to let customers know that their order was actually out of stock, even though it was marked as in stock when the order was put through.

But, the printing quality is really good, and shipping and manufacturing is done quite quickly. Within Europe we're seeing ± 7 business days from order to delivery. With urgent order issues, we also see customer support within 24 hours.

It's going to be interesting going through a Christmas period with stock levels and customer support..

Nice products but the integration and website is awful to use. Feels outdated, slow and overall unprofessional.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist leicht zu verstehen und zu bedienen. Zudem war ich mit dem Support bisher auch zufrieden. Mir wurde recht zügig geantwortet. Aktuell weiß ich nicht, ob man die Drucke noch etwas besser hinbekommen könnte. Zwei Kunden waren nicht sehr zufrieden. Aber ich würde shirtee weiter empfehlen.
