Ich hatte ein Problem mit der neuen API-Schnittstelle zu unserem shopify Shop. Also Anfrage an den Support und dieser hat sich superschnell der Sache angenommen und innerhalb weniger Tage ein Update eingespielt, sodass wir die Aktualisierung problemlos vornehmen konnten und somit wieder unsere Produkte synchronisieren konnten. Wir arbeiten seit fast 2 Jahren mit Shirtigo zusammen und könnten uns keinen besseren Partner vorstellen. Die Qualität der Drucke und Materialien sind top, wir bekommen dafür nur positives Feedback unserer Kunden. Die Shopify Integration funktioniert absolut problemlos, neue Artikel sind schnell und einfach angelegt. Das Support Team ist sehr freundlich und konnte uns immer weiter helfen. Die Produktpalette wird stetig mit neuen Artikeln erweitert.
Gerade zur Weihnachtszeit haben die Jungs und Mädels richtig Vollgas gegeben. Die meisten Bestellungen gingen innerhalb 1-2 Werktagen (!) raus und kamen alle pünktlich an. So macht das Spaß!
