We've been using Shoelace for a few months now. It took us a few trials and errors to find the best ad setup but it was worth it. The first month, we had an unusual high cost per click and they quickly gave us a credit to give some time for the ads to adjust and now the cost per click is definitely worth it. We can safely say that it's one of the best Apps we use. The fast support and positive ROI say it all. We do not check our stats anymore since the ROI is in average around 3500% in our case.

Shoelace is a great app. I was a bit nervous at the beginning and started with a small 7 day spend of $10.86 with a ROI 874%. Definitely not nervous now.
The team answered all of my questions and requests including some changes to the ad that was running.
With the help and assistance from Shoelace I have appeared in the business column of a National daily publication as a 'Facebook Business Queen'.

I've been with Shoelace since they launched nearly three years ago. Facebook ads in general are very cost effective, but Shoelace automates and improves on all this.

Be careful when measuring ROI to compare ad spend to PROFIT, not REVENUE (most crazy-high ROI numbers use revenue). Still, even measuring only profit, our ROI is through the roof. We had a 3-month stretch where our ROI was only breaking even—profit matched ad spend—but a couple quick conversations with the Shoelace folks got things re-jiggered to make it worth our while again.

My only complaint is that any serious customization costs quite a bit, but the basic dynamic/journeys approach has been so effective, I really can't say anything bad about this. It is true set-and-forget advertising, more cost effective than Google Adwords, and a hundred times easier than managing this all by yourself.

We recently joined Shopify and this app was recommended by our Dev. It's great. Love love love. Sweet way to diversify our marketing budget and it is more efficient than any other app we've used so far.

I have been using this App for a while now, and lately, it has begun to show it's real value, as I have implemented more of its powerful features. Highly recommend this product. The developers and team are responsive to inquiries and emails as well. Kudos folks for a job well done.
