So very disappointed with Shoelace ads. After years of using them for retargeting ads, we upgraded to the very expensive prospecting service. It was a joke. Store owners, please feel free to reach out to me. I would be happy to share my experience and numbers. Also, I just removed their app and they deleted all of my history! We paid for them to run these ads, also for the ads and audiences themselves. This information should be ours to keep. amy@shopsimplyme.com

Having Shoelace in 2 of my other stores has increased my conversions via retargeting through the roof. A great app and a fantastic support team to get you going. You NEED Shoelace if you have a serious Shopify store!
Best retargeting app ever. Made me much money
Shoelace is simply the best retargeting solution available on Shopify. The results are immediate, and the support is amazing. We saw over 6X return on investment only within the trial period. Highly recommended for the results and for the superb support you get.
Very good app that pay for itself from the beginning. Forget marketing agencies and go with Shoelace. Easy and effective.
So basically, last week, I decided to start retargeting my visitors, at first I spent 60$ on my campaign and made 60$ back (breakeven but with product cost I was in a loss), I decided to let it run for another week to see.
I went from 1 sale for 60$ spent to 9 sales from 100$ spent and I have a ROAS of 2 at the moment (profitable) and there is not a day without making a sale from this app !

Good tool for retargeting. Great customer service, they are always in touch to enhance the performance of campaigns and grow sales.
I had been creating manual campaigns on Facebook but due to busy routine i couldn't focus on that. But then i came through this app and this made my life so easy. i would recommend this app to everyone also their support is much responsive. 5 stars from me. Thank you :)
