I only recently had this app installed in my store, but I'm already getting results! Customer service has been EXCELLENT, helping to tailor the app to my store's needs since I have sale and rental products. Great App - low amount of work for good returns. Much better ad spend to create brand awareness with a targeted group who has already shown some interest in your brand. My site has low volume of visitors right now but when we get more traffic, it will really pay off. Monthly fee is a bit high but better than $50 on some random FB or IG ad that gets you very little brand awareness.

This has been essential to our business! It would be awesome if you started to offer retargeting with google and not just facebook, we would definitely pay a fixed consultancy fee to set this up for us and ongoing fees as well..

So happy with it for our Shopify Plus store! My ad spend ROI in the first month is 30x and that's 40 additional orders made! Now I've just connected it with a single click to my Back in Stock app which is already doing wonders for us. I'm pretty sure the ROI on that will be even higher.
