The app works great and saves me tons of time. However the customer support is even better than the app. I often do judge an app on the quality of it's customer service, and Shogun definitely has world class customer service.

Shogun Page Builder
It's incredible how great this app is. I'm able to do things with the site that I've wanted to try for years. I'm no longer tethered to the whims of a Shopify theme.
Customer service was amazingly helpful! I had an issue with some fonts and the Shogun service team (shoutout to Karl) was super helpful and talked me through all of the necessary steps! Thanks!
Shogun made my site-building on Shopify MUCH easier. As a brand-new Shopify user, I needed an app that would allow me to easily build a custom-designed site for my client. I was able to use existing HTML and plug it into the Shogun interface, while using the app's excellent styling functionality to minimize my CSS usage.
When I ran into problems along the way, the Shogun customer support was very friendly and extremely helpful, to the point of creating a test page on my site to look deeper into the issues and help me find ways to fix them and use Shogun better.
HIGHLY recommend!
Amazing app for page builder, specifically for our product pages! We were never able to find a theme that 100% had every section or feature the way we want it, with shogun we can just build it and be 100% happy with how the page looks!

This app is quite possibly Shopify's best visual web builder. But aside of features, what defines them is their stellar customer service. I emailed them and within 24 hours they got back to me with a detailed answer/solution. Justine A from their support team helped me out with an amazing attitude!

I use Shogun to build pages for my website. After running into an issue with a page not loading I contacted Shogun. Charles Wecker in the page builder department fixed the problem within a few minutes. He saved the day!!
No nonsense and pragmatic, it does the job ! Shogun is user friendly and enhances the Shopify environment.
