The support I receive from Shogun is absolutely incredible! Whenever I have any questions- large or small- they answer quickly and efficiently and help me get to the solution. I never feel belittled for not fully understanding and love that I have the support I need with having no website design knowledge! So thankful for all the time and help these guys give at Shogun!

Shogun support got right back to me when I emailed them about and issue I was running into with integrating with Klaviyo, and they quickly helped me resolve it. Typically Shopify apps don't have great customer service, so I was pleasantly surprised by their quick and helpful response!

Support team is always on hand to help troubleshoot any challenges I have - most recently, Jill and Sweetan were able to help jig some code in my Shopify store that was causing an issue with how my Shogun Sections were displaying.
