I really like the design possibilities of the page builder, which is why l chose it over Shopify for my homepage. Support was very helpful in solving an error l had.

Using it to redesign our website. It's working very well overall. Wish I was able to do more mobile edits without affecting the desktop view. Also wish there was more on-screen photo editing/cropping.
Easy to Use and preview mode to see your creative is really good. Need some feature like time limit .
App works well and is intuitive. Support is top notch! They will get 5 stars once the responsive is worked out better.
edit: I've changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. I still have occasional issues with this app regarding formatting or things not being as expected. But they do have pretty quick responses from customer service (maybe an hour on average) and this has made my website look much better without needing the help of a professional designer. But don't try to make any last-minute changes or update your home page right before a big traffic event, because if you have a design error it can be very frustrating and there's no one to call/chat for immediate help on the basic plan.

I've had nothing but problems with this app. It's easy to use but the functionality glitches often. My live pages look nothing like the design because of errors. The support team is nice but they don't have live help, you have to wait for an email. Wish I could just talk to a human. I have to keep the app installed until I finish my project but I can't wait to delete this. When it works successfully, it's a great tool but I am pretty frustrated quite often with this app.
Hi Julia! Sorry to hear about the issues you have been facing. It sounds like you may have been experiencing parity issues with Shogun. There is not parity between Shogun and Shopify's editors at this time. If a small change was made within Shopify to your page this could have caused the issue. Republishing the page should fix the issue. While we do not generally offer phone support we'd be happy to make an exception to help you work through this issue and help resolve any problems you're having. The support is good! The app does a lot of what I need it to. I wish there were more integrations and that the existing integrations worked more seamlessly. It would also be helpful if they linked to instructions from the integration setup section or in the editor so that if there are specific steps that must be followed, it's easy to access that.

I really like this app and Shogun is really performing BUT also at the same more complicated compared to other available tools. Nevertheless, if you invest some time and explore the tool, you will learn it quiet easy!
Great thing is that the support replies usually within just a few minutes and is really helpful in every matter!

Every once in a while I have glitch that I cannot work out. I am not sure if the glitch comes along with an update or it is user error. But once I am able to be in touch with support they are always very helpful. My one request would be a click to chat support button.

I use this app to create clean looking blog posts for my retail site. I will say the users ability to navigate the site is quite simple and Shogun has done a nice job offering many functions to truly make it customizable. The reason I have reduced my rating by one star is due to the inflexibility on the users end in choosing a package. The monthly fee does not reset your page count, meaning if you are using this app for the ability to create many pages for a site it will get costly. With that being said the Shogun support time was able to adjust my package slightly for my needs. I will continue using this app in hopes of the page limit aspect of pricing will be adjusted in the future for the users specific needs.
