Literally the best app we have for our store. It's easy to create custom pages and very intuitive. Everyone in our office loves the ease of use and to be able to create great pages.
The support is responsive and top rated. If they don't know something they will research and find out the answer even if it doesn't necessarily involve their app.
The Shogun customer support team is excellent. I had an issue where the hover states weren't working on my page. The team responded in a time efficient manner and provided a custom-coded Snippet which fixed the issue! Very helpful, thank you.

Terrible experience and non-reliable. For the second time in 3 weeks the shogun app is down - we cannot open. And our homepage that is built on shogun is completely broken! I've been left without any answer from customer support.

We believe that this could be occurring because you may be logged into multiple Shopify stores at the same time. This would explain the issues that are being experienced. This can be confirmed by opening Shogun within that store on a fresh browser or an incognito window.

We've had a great experience with Shogun. It's allowed us to customize our website more than the theme allows, but the real reason for the 5 star review is their support team. They are responsive, helpful and go above and beyond when I have issues (they have even provided solutions to issues that aren't shogun's fault).

Shogun Page Builder
A great app.
Shogun has been great in their product and support. I moved from Squarespace to Shopify and working with HTML pages was a problem. I use Shogun and it helps with making my info pages beautiful.
Support is great as well.
I can't rave about Shogun enough. It allows you to build incredible looking websites that were previously impossible to create using any given theme (I've used almost all of them). Read their documentation, read a UX/UI book and then scour the web for design inspiration. The only limit with Shogun is your imagination/ability. It's allowed me to create what I envision, on-the-fly, without needing to hire a dev. Game changer.
Swapped from Wordpress to Shopify and this app helped me do it super quick! Best page builder I've used. Easy to use with great support videos. LOVE IT!
