Support team is always on hand to help troubleshoot any challenges I have - most recently, Jill and Sweetan were able to help jig some code in my Shopify store that was causing an issue with how my Shogun Sections were displaying. Shogun Page Builder
Had a developer set this up originally, but my team and I can easily use this app to add or modify pages. Tools/menus are straight forward and make a lot of sense. They are easy to use.
I love this app. It's helped me fast-track my site and allowed me to fully customise the template. It's awesome.
The only issue I have with Shogun Page Builder is the SLIDER. It's very good, looks great, but when it comes to customising it, such as replacing one of the pictures/slides, I've had to delete each picture/slide until I got to the slide I wanted to replace, and then re-add the just deleted slides.
Perhaps there's a better way of doing it, but I've not found a way.
Because of that issue, which is time consuming, I give it 4.5 stars (can't reflect portion of stars on the ratings), however, it's a fantastic app.

Hey Patrick! Thanks for the kind words and the feedback. With the slider, you can actually just click the arrows or dots on the slider in the editor to get to the content you want to delete; no need to delete all the slides/content until you get to that slide. The slider has the arrows and dots showing by default, but if you toggled them off, you can add them back in in the righthand sidebar (show arrows/ show dots).
