I was having trouble with the margins and padding. It was causing text cluttering and image stretching. I corresponded with the Shogun Help Center and Colby was so patient and helpful. He helped me figure out everything and taught me how to better align text and images so I can avoid those problems in the future.

Best website builder I've used. Excellent customer service. This gives you the ecommerce abilities of shopify with tools that are easier and even more flexible than squarespace.
Shogun is superb Shopify web builder with 1st class support. There are other alternatives but they are inferior and much more expensive.
I am delighted the way they add increased functionality. Quite frankly, I cannot see myself running my website without it.

We love Shogun !! It's been a little over a year and has never malfunctioned for us. We use it to build a ton of our pages at GlitterStarz. Super user friendly and always adding new features. Plus the photos look super crisp, which has been an issue with other builders.
Awesome customer support, constant improvements to the product, and great for managing your content without any tech know-how.

Great group of guys!
Fast responses. What I like the best is, if they don't have the answer, or if something is wrong, they admit it and try to fix it. That makes a good partner. Programming is not always going to be super easy. There will be glitches and time will be needed for fixes. These guys put an effort to grow their business.
