I've been a subscriber for almost a year and it's a shame that no one responds at support@getshogun.com pertaining to a tech question that I have. This is actually the first time I reached out for help.
I needed help for a product launch page that went up last week. It's been 7 days, followed up 3 times over email but no one bothered to respond. On the contrary, a billing question was also sent to support@getshogun.com at the same time and it was followed up very quickly.
I have no idea where went wrong but this is definitely not the experience a five-star app would deliver.
Hey Terry- again, super sorry this happened. I know we've been in touch via email a few times. What happened was we looped in Shopify support to help us get the refund issued. You replied on that thread with some follow up questions unrelated to the refund, and we missed those questions. That's on us. Super easy interface to use. I watched the videos to get familiar quickly about how to get started. The videos are really important to learn how to set up your landing page. I started from a template and customized it to my needs. Quick and really nice support from Nick!
The app works really well generally, with lots of great easy-to-use functions. Customer service is excellent - James Power and his technical colleague Matt responded very quickly and professionally to identify and fix a small issue we had. Giving 4 stars because while I like the app and the service Shogun removed the store syncing function from new stores with the Measure plan ($99/month) meaning if we wanted to have this we would need to put our new store on the Advanced plan at $499/month!

Shogun Page Builder
Soo many bugs, it's been really troublesome to get shogun up and running. No chat support is available. If you use Shogun expect a lot of issues and errors to arise. From newsletters submission forms to theme errors, to page settings. I do not recommend it at all! Pagefly seems to be a way better option, as it has 24/hours support. I am quite disappointed as we have been users of shogun for the past 2-3 years.

We do currently have a 24/7 support team who are always on hand to offer support. While chat support is not available on all plans, we strive to have a fast response time of fewer than 4 hours, though this is often much faster but depends on volume.

Intuitive and easy to use interface allows me to quickly put together landing pages for my clients website. Saves me so much time and effort and has all the tools needed to make any page I want to create!
Love this page builder - finally I can customize until my hearts content and actually have separate control of the mobile and tablet design as well.
I have set up multiple Shopify stores - and this is a must have, no matter what.
Shogun is 5 stars to me, it is very useful at a fair price, and love customer support, the response times are fantastic, which is key to me.
Shogun helped us launch our website way sooner than expected. It's was super user-friendly. Customer service was amazing and guided us through the development of our site. Highly recommend!
Hands down one of the best apps I have ever used. Not only that, but the customer support is astonishing. Nick and his team truly know their stuff and do whatever they can to help you be able to utilize everything available in the app. Despite having experience with HTML and CSS, this app has significantly aided me in quick, easy to understand ways to customize my website as I wanted it to look. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for help customizing!

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. The loading screen that you encountered in the editor is a visual effect from your Shopify theme. The theme's loading animation was covering up the editable regions in the editor view. Our support team made a quick adjustment on our end to prevent the theme's loading animation from displaying in the editor. In case you missed it, an update of this adjustment was sent to you on the 12th.
We're happy to see that you've since been able to create and publish your store's sign-up page using the Shogun Page Builder editor.
