Shogun – Pages de destination

Great support, nice app with a good editor, lots of customisation options.

Not only is this app impressive, the customer service has been stellar. Thanks Andre! I am still in the trial period and see the potential of this app. Being a web developer who would rather own a store then build them, I see a huge benefit in choosing using Shogun. If you're not techie, the support, chat, phone or docs will make this app easy for you.

I'm going to say outright that the price of it is a little higher than I would like. However, with that said, this app is really great. Of course, a lot of us can edit our pages without Shogun, but with it editing is so much easier. It makes it super easy to edit both pages and blogs, as well as creating very clean looking layouts. Not only does it make it easy to get the desired effect, it saves a lot of time. I definitely suggest getting it if you want to increase efficiency in your website editing and you're looking for that something extra to make your pages appear better to the eye!

It takes some time to learn how to use Shogun - but ones U do - it works pretty good. I would love IF Shogun would work on simplifying stuff even further, especially i miss the option to drag and drop pictures on the website in one take....

Shogun makes it easy to create landing pages! Also, when there was a technical issue, I wrote in and they responded and fixed the problem very quickly. Very much appreciated when I am trying to make a deadline!

Shogun gave us far more control over the look and feel of our Shopify pages than we otherwise could have achieved. They also offer quick an top notch support.

Whilst we feel it is the best page builder too in the app store, there is still some way to go to match the capabilities of page builders on other CMS platforms.

I've tried a few landing page apps and out of all of them Shogun was my final pick:

Why?

A) Easy to use and to get to learn - Shogun functions on a "Box" Model just like HTML and CSS.. Having a little bit of experience in how HTML works, really makes shogun intuitive from the start.

There's no "100% Intuitive" landing page creator - but out of all of them, I was able to figure out shogun very quickly in comparison with some of the other top apps - which attempted to create a easy to use interface, but fell short.

If I was not able to start designing from the start, I just deleted them. Shogun was the last one standing in that sense.

The way that they designed the app is really well thought out in my opinion.

2) Lots of control - While I'm on the basic plan - I fully intend on upgrading once i start making more money to get the full scope.

Mind you these perks are more for "advanced" landing page design skills and are only relevant to people who need more advanced control over code -

If you are a complete newbie, I wouldn't even recommend the advanced plans, since you wouldn't use any of those features. Although they are useful, they did a really good job separating user types from "click and drop users" to "I want to customize the code myself"

3) As a new person on shopify, I did not know which app to pick. With 14 days free trial, you really don't have anything to lose and it gives you more than enough time to get to know the app.

Support on this app is really second to none. I got it because i have some custom elements on my product page that I want to keep but i'm not happy with the rest of the page. Shogun makes it easy to add, edit and test whatever i want.
