Had issues with the drag n' drop interface, which was super frustrating.
But, thanks to the folks over at Shogun for being super responsive and going as far as collaborating on resolving the issue. Thanks again.
Hey James- thanks for letting us know, and I'm sorry to hear the frustration. Our Head of Client Support, Jill, is reaching out to you now. We inspected the page code and discovered some custom CSS in the theme that changes the display of "divs". When that code is disabled, the dropzones and sections return to their expected state. That code is located inside in the "theme.scss.liquid" file in the Assets folder of the theme. When you get a chance, could you please try removing that code and then let us know whether that has resolved the issues you wrote about? The app gets rid of my need for reaching out to a developer for every design change. It saves me a ton of money and time and the tech support is amazing. Thanks Shogun team!
Allows us to create fast great looking pages, Like it a lot.
We used the app to build our landing page https://www.julienneswim.com/ and other pages. It is truly awesome, super user-friendly, great customization options and they have an amazing support team that is very responsive and kind. I will keep on using the app, being a non-tech entrepreneur myself.
Best site design platform on Shopify. Many areas to improve upon, but overall beats out the rest of the apps available. I foresee them, with their great team, continually improving upon the app though, so I will remain a happy customer! :D

Terrible experience and non-reliable. For the second time in 3 weeks the shogun app is down - we cannot open. And our homepage that is built on shogun is completely broken! I've been left without any answer from customer support.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. I know that a reliable page builder is essential to keeping your business running smoothly.
We believe that this could be occurring because you may be logged into multiple Shopify stores at the same time. This would explain the issues that are being experienced. This can be confirmed by opening Shogun within that store on a fresh browser or an incognito window.

Just started using Shogun, and I'm finding it extremely easy to use. Also, I had some special needs, and the team at Shogun was super helpful and fast to respond! Would highly recommend!
Nice app, but extreme expensive. We hav had Shogun for a long, very long time and was deciding to remove all the content from the platform. Customers should not be a milk cow at all. Sorry to be so clear, but we was a customer since almost the beginning.

I am sorry to hear that you feel that our prices are quite high - just a note, these prices have only increased slightly over the three years that you have been with Shogun - you were on one of our deprecated plans at $79/mo, we are happy to honour this price on our Measure plan which is currently $99/mo.
I understand that you are unhappy regarding the inability for support to copy your pages - however, while we did deprecate our old, unreliable page copying service in favour of a much better self-serve system called Sync that's available on our Measure plan. Our support team do not have the ability to use the manual page copying feature anymore. Once your stores are on the correct plans, you will be able to sync content between the stores whenever you wish.
Again I would like to thank you for the feedback that you have provided for us and look forward to helping resolve this negative experience with my colleague James. We do really appreciate your loyalty with Shogun and hope that we can resolve this in a manner that works for you.

Be careful, this company makes it really difficult to unsubscribe and like to keep charging you even if you unsubscribe. Scam subscribe and unsubscribe methods like Amazon Prime... BE WARNED!

I am sorry to hear that you feel it is difficult to unsubscribe and that you are being charged. Please note that recurring app charges work based on your billing cycle in Shopify and if you don't wish to use Shogun and if you would like to cancel the subscription you are free to uninstall our app from your Shopify account.
I see you uninstalled the app from your account on June 9, 2023.
I also see we had no prior communication or conversation about this matter from you and I just noticed that you have reached out to us via email to discuss this further.
