Update: In the meantime I had several contacts and also multiple attempts from different people at Shogun to assist me and to make it right (which really speaks for them). I still decided to uninstall their app. They helped to clean-up my site and removed any leftover code, too. Based on their eager to please customer service I would have given it another try with their app, but in the meantime we decided to walk a different route and there is no longer a need for us to use such an app/their app. I changed my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars - because of their high interest to win me back and make it right. Their customer support seems to be excellent. I will leave my initial feedback below - so you can see where I was coming from and what happened initially. I had a VERY unpleasant experience with this app - BE AWARE!!!
I installed it to test and see what it does and it created ALL KIND of unwanted side effects!!
It modifies the HTML of your product in Shopify!! Even after you delete the test product page - their HTML code still is left in your product HTML - they don't clean up their @#$%! They even redirected one of my product URL and it took me some time to figure out how I could revert back to my original product listing/collection. Uninstalling their app does NOT clean up the changes they made to your Shopify store/pages/products!!! As I said - BE AWARE - if you like their app and stay with them - then you are probably ok, but if you just want to check it out and test it - I strongly recommend not to use one of your active products or pages and be aware that you have to do quite some clean up afterwards after you decide not to use their app!

I can see you were communicating with my colleague, however, I also reached out to you in a separate email explaining this in detail and how we can help resolve the issue for you. Having said that, allow me to share a bit more information here.
It looks like you had deleted a few product pages that were imported to Shogun. We don't recommend deleting pages that are imported to Shogun such as the product pages. If you wish to move back to the original version of the page before the import, we have a feature called Revert Import that helps to restore the original version of any page you've imported into Shogun.
Also, when you uninstall Shogun from your Shopify store, all live pages remain live on the store. This is the reason why our code also remains in the theme to ensure that these pages do not encounter any issues. This is again, the reason why we suggest using the Revert Import option to undo any page imports.

Highly recommend. We've tried a dozen page-building apps for Shopify and Shogun wins by far. If possible, I would also give their Customer Service 6 stars because of their quick and thorough responses.

Sucks for product page editing. You can't move existing elements like product description.
Might work for something else but its no good for product page editing.

You can actually make completely custom page layouts for product pages; when you're in the product page editing flow, choose the "Custom Layout" option instead of the "Existing Layout" option. Easy intuitive app, saved us a lot of time from messing with code. The support staff are responsive and great to work with.
Using a page builder like this is WAY BETTER than trying to write some HTML on your own in standard page builder. Good variety of "blocks" (accordion, tabs, columns, etc). Product page has to be designed per product, but I spoke with the designer and that feature to apply a custom template to ALL products is on the roadmap for some future release. You can use "snippets" to kinda copy/paste the layout across all your products though. Would work for a store with maybe 20 products, but large stores would not have a good time with that limitation. Limited templates right now, but the designer is also working on releasing some new ones which is awesome. I might try this app again in the future, but right now it is not for me. Try it out for yourself though.
I tried to use this app, but it definitely disappointed me. Very bad drag and drop tool that i've used for a couple of hours without finishing a single element as i'd like...

They have been harassing me nonstop since I posted a non 5-star review, so now it’s a 1 star review.
Downloaded to add related products to select product pages. They are added in a 'Shogun' format, however much that may clash with your store's look. Otherwise intuitive and lovely for landing pages. Tough to justify @ $40/mo

So I got my "10 day free trial" and got charged right away... Don't promote a 10 day free trial and not offer it. What a scam
Hey Valentina! For clarification, Shopify handles billing for all the stores in the app store. My guess is that you had the app installed at an earlier date, uninstalled, and then reinstalled later. The 10 day trial starts when you first install the app for the very first time, and expires 10 days later. Anyways! We're (1) generally happy to reset free trial periods upon requests (2) happy to refund you directly. Shopify sometimes issues app credits, but we are happy to just PayPal you ASAP. Unable to create a page, user support was delayed, app not intuitive, ok for pro designers only. Do not recommend, installed twice, spent time creating a page, very slow , difficult and finally gave up.
