We've had a great experience using Shogun. We built a beautiful homepage and landing page quickly and had great support from the customer service team. They helped us with any issues we ran into promptly and even jumped on a few video calls to take us through some training. Sweetan has assisted us a few times and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Their online tutorials and community posts are also a great help, thanks, guys!

The page builder is very easy to use and the elements we needed to easily create pages well beyond what we could do within Shopify (without coding). When we had questions about how to accomplish something, the support team was both prompt and extremely helpful.

So far, I'm loving shogun. It all works very well and the support is very responsive and incredibly helpful! I'm stoked to keep creating better and better pages with Shogun. There are so many things that shopify and our theme were incapable of, that Shogun provides a perfect workaround for. This is my 2nd store built on Shogun. There's some limitations that no-code builders have generally while working with Shopify - but this is a top pick! Support is always excellent. I've had 10+ interactions, all positive.
