Shogun – Pages de destination

I found out that I had a major issue with my site over the weekend (the links behind all of the images inside my Shogun pages were not working). So I reached out to Shogun via chat on a holiday Monday (Labor Day). They were quick to respond and said that they found no issue with their app on my site.

A normal conversation with a normal app team would have ended here. But, Rhys at Shogun ACTUALLY cared about me and my Shopify store and making sure that my site was working. He dug in a little further and found another app that I had recently installed that was actually causing the issue.

STILL not finished, he actually took screenshots of that other app's code and sent it to me to send to the other app developer to tell them exactly what to change to fix the issue.

AND THEN he said that if the app developer if the app that actually caused the issue would not agree to text fixes or make any changes, that the Shogun development team would take over and do testing to make sure that all apps were working together.

Holy cow! I cannot get over the customer service! Seriously legendary.

I've used shogun to build entire websites, the ability to duplicate pages and save settings for padding, content blocks, etc. are incredibly helpful and intuitive abilities. Best part of this application is the immediate support you get from engineers, ready to walk you through the coding of anchor links and answer any questions you have. The most helpful app, I've downloaded for Shopify! Easy to use, regularly new features and a very fast and helpful support! Makes it so easy for someone with absolutely zero coding knowledge to design their dream shop.

The app is great, the templates are dope as well and customer support is quick, friendly and always available.

Adding Shogun's page builder app is like adopting Wix's and Shopify's love child (aka its awesome as heck). The interface is super easy to use drag and drop editor. The tools it gives you allows you to build pretty much anything. Customer service is on top of it too. Highly recommend. Though I do wish it wasn't so expensive to add product pages—can't have it all I guess.
