I had a very odd issue with my site as I was building pages, and I was very concerned that all my work was going to be unusable. I contacted support and Lynsey was absolutely amazing, fixing the issue within 4 business days, and informing me of why it went wrong and what the process was to fix it. I love the flexibility that shogun offers when designing a site. It's just a deeper level of customization and expression than regular shopify themes. (To my knowledge)
Easy to use. Well built for developing between mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop. Takes a little bit to learn how to do exactly what you want to do. I'm somewhat computer smart, and found this app intuitive and effective. Give it a try for sure.

I submitted several tickets and always got prompt responses from their team. Alex and Reese have been especially helpful and even took time to demonstrate things over a zoom call. I had all of my questions answered and they even took the time to show me something upcoming that I am particularly interested in. I love the app and plan to be using it for a long time.

I am still learning all the features of the app, but I really appreciate the ability to create sections. This saves a lot of time in creating my pages in Shopify.
The support is super fast and very kind, and in no time my issues were resolved.
The only thing that would be nice is that for multilingual shops that already have a translation app (which is not Weglog) they can use it for translations.
