So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

I am so grateful for the help that I received to reconfigure images on a landing page. Leah was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to address the issue. She even recorded a video explaining how to fix the issue. I am extremely happy with the support!

This app is great for building pages that my theme is too rigid to handle. The service is incredible - I had a tiny issue and Charles was so helpful and responsive.
This app allows me to make our site look professional. I have basically no experience in web design and this makes the process simple.

Shogun is certainly the go to for page building in Shopify. For the most part everything runs smooth and building basic pages in no problem. I hope to see more compatibility in editing between desktop and mobile in the future (a lot of the desktop preset sections do not convert to mobile). Would be nice to edit one without effecting the other. (without having to constantly toggle screen settings). Also, sometimes the preview page glitches. overall, it def beats the default Shopify page builders the themes are limited to.

We have a feature called "Screen Settings" that allows you to edit each version of your page to create a unique design for mobile and desktop separate from each other. We are also working on improving this in our future development, expect even more robust cross screen editing controls soon. What issue are you having with your preview page? Shogun is freaking awesome! Easy to use, excellent and fast customer service, awesome finished result and great pricing. I couldn't recommend it enough!!
Our new theme is designed in such a way that customizing pages manually is near impossible. At first even this plugin didn't work with the theme either, but after a quick chat with customer support they had me up and running in no time. I wish there was a cheaper option though. $39 a month is really expensive, and I don't think this site will ever use more than 10 of the 25 pages they have to pay for.
