Costumer Service is incredible. They reply no later than 5 minutes and they work on your issue as soon as possible. I told them I needed something to be fixed before a certain hour, and they indeed helped and fixed the problem! This is a great app to make very cute websites or even landing pages. I have been pretty happy with this application and their support. Honestly, I went quite a few months not having used the application after installing it - and wasted some money - but once I started putting to into use I found it very easy to use and helpful in creating tailored shopping experiences for our customers. I did recently run into an issue where reviews from Okendo would not display using their built in widgets, but I sent an email and their support team helped me out right away. I have no major complaints. It is a solid app.
