I am so grateful for having found Shogun! It just opened a whole new world of possibilities of what I can do with my website and on my own. I've created a new homepage, a new blog page, a new product page and I am very happy with all of them! Amazing support team (special thanks to Karl Jones!).

I used shogun to build my landing page. I appreciate that this app has enough tools available to allow me to build an entire page on my own of course with the help of tutorial videos and customer support. Customer support reps are very pleasant an helpful with answers via email, i definitely recommend shogun.

This app is nothing short of incredible. If you do not know HTML, CSS, or have ANY CLUE what Liquid coding is, and you are dissatisfied with the static nature of the average Shopify theme, and feel trapped inside of your page with no way out -- THEN THIS IS THE APP FOR YOU.

Allows you to make extremely major changes to your page without having to know the code. BRILLIANT. AND THEIR SUPPORT TEAM IS INCREDIBLE AS WELL. You may be thinking, "Well, forty dollars a month is a lot to shell out for ...." WELL GUESS WHAT: You get a ten day free trial, and after that, IF YOU GET RID OF THE APP AT ANY TIME, AND ALL THE CHANGES YOU MADE USING SHOGUN STICK AROUND AFTER.

I am only giving four stars for now, because they are working on improving some things - but that's the other thing. THEY ARE ACTUALLY WORKING ON IT. I looked up a FAQ on how to do something, and it was not able to be done. THE NEXT DAY, THEY HAD A FAQ UP EXPLAINING HOW TO DO IT. And their support chat feature, gee golly gosh - they are usually EXTREMELY responsive, and only take about ten minutes to get back to you - EVEN IF it is AFTER 5 pm.

In Long, this app is thebomb.com and you should add it to your store RIGHT NOW. And pay them for at least a month of the subscription. THEY WORK HARD AND THEY DESERVE IT.

The plan I was on, gave me 24/7 chat support. I never realized what a great value it was until I needed it! I get responses in as little as a couple of minutes, every time. I've had several questions throughout my journey and the team was more than happy to help. Not only did they answer my questions, but they took the time to explain things in detail and even provided a personalized recording for me, along with some additional resources so I could learn more about specific features. The product is constantly being updated with new features and improvements, while it's easy to use, I'm finding out that I'm just now scratching the surface of what it possible. Just last week, they added a custom templates section and released some major updates that allow you to animate web elements. So if there's something you want Shogun to do, just request it and chances are good that it'll be added in a future update. In short, Shogun is an incredibly powerful page builder with amazing customer service. Most importantly, it's a company that puts its customers first. If you're looking to create professional pages for your store quickly and easily, Shogun is the perfect tool for you. Very bad Customer Support. Making a fool of us for last 1 month. Neither doing anything nor admitting that they cannot resolve the problem. Really sad. We are very old user of this app. Earlier we had good experience with the customer support, dont know what happened to them now.
