The customer support is good, the the app itself is pretty bad. Very hard to build landing pages, poor navigation, brutal formatting for mobile.

Would you be able to help us more when you refer to the app being hard to build landing pages with issues for mobile formatting? Our team will be happy to analyze the use case and ensure we can work on your suggestions.
I see you were looking to create a form and connect the same with a third-party form app/service. For such instances, it is best to embed the form directly from the form service as suggested by the team. The embed form is not something you can control using Shogun, but our HTML element will populate what is pasted there.
However, let us know if you decide to try Shogun again. We'll be happy to assist and answer your questions.

You guys are top-notch!
Once you use Shogun you're locked in. They have repeatedly changed features and changed their pricing which results in broken pages, missing features that we once had, and difficulties site wide. Customer support is slow to respond. You guys suck.

Thanks for leaving your feedback with us. While we change our plans' pricing and add new features, necessitating shuffling features to different plans, we never take features off of users, nor do we force you onto new plans.
Once the app is persistently installed, you've always got to keep the feature set you are familiar with. Pages, therefore, will not spontaneously break. As I understand, the features that were missing were found to be still available, only slightly moved in the UI with the editor design refresh.
Customer support is available 24/7 through email, where we aim to respond to every email within 24 hours, and live chat, where we can be reached most hours within a couple of minutes.
I know we were chatting recently about this, and if you have any specific queries not addressed in our more recent interaction, please reply to that same thread or reach out to our team, and we'd be more than happy to assist you.

It supports custom elements which can be extremely useful when you try to add a unique element to your website. Also, they have advanced customer support!

Very bad Customer Support. Making a fool of us for last 1 month. Neither doing anything nor admitting that they cannot resolve the problem. Really sad. We are very old user of this app. Earlier we had good experience with the customer support, dont know what happened to them now.

Awesome app and the customer service is lightning fast and super helpful. If you need a more robust page builder, content creation/management feature for you or a client, look no further.
What a relief it was to discover Shogun! Creating new pages for our store is so much easier now, and the app works exactly as it is meant to. The drag & drop interface makes a big difference, and there is real potential to dive in deeper if that's what you are into.
Support from the Shogun team is also exceptional, with fast responses and friendly advice both during initial setup and also when encountering a few quirks particular to our store.
Highly recommended - this app has saved us both time and money and we look forward to continuing with Shogun well into the future.

I can't recommend this app enough. It's one of the most useful and user-friendly, allowing you to easily create or edit pages, and also get creative with them. The app has a good selection of templates, elements and settings that allow you to really set the feel and look of your store. While I do wish there were additional elements in terms of image galleries and product collections, the existing elements work really well and are continuously being improved and developed.
Another really great thing about the app is the phenomenal customer support. The team responds really quickly and are able to help with even the smallest questions or issues. This is a definite must have.
Felt the need to update my review to commend the Shogun team for their lightning quick customer support! Had an urgent issue that needed to be resolved and Nick and Karl attended to it immediately, regardless of time zones. Best customer support I've experienced from any app.
