Top notch product and fantastic support! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shogun to any of our clients. We had a very specific technical issue and their team jumped onto our site to help with a fix.
I love this app. And it's gotten even better just since I bought it. Handy customer service, too. I use Wix, Squarespace and Shopify. Shopify with this app is my favorite way to build pages. I'm giving them five stars because I want them to to do well and keep making a great app even greater.
I would love to try the App, but sadly there is now 10 days trial?
Actually, even on the website, a trial is advertised...

Sorry to hear that you were unable to receive a trial - I reached out to you via email, too. It looks like you had previously installed Shogun 2 months previously, which would have used the original trial for this store. Advertising Free Plan but after you install the app you are forced to choose a paid plan. This is not right.

I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with Shogun Page Builder.
I can see from your comments that there may have been some frustration with our current plans. I can see that you're interested in experiencing the free plan, but can see that this is not available for your store. Stores that are already subscribed to a plan are unable to adjust to the free plan at this time. This is by design as the free plan only allows for a single page, and any other plans that are selected would provide many more pages. If a client on the Build plan were to change to the free plan, their pages would be locked and this could cause a poor experience.
I tried to reach you on the phone but received a message that the number is not currently accepting calls. I've sent you an email as well :) You can followup with me there and we will do our best to ensure that your experience doesn't remain a negative one.

pretty impressed by the quick resolutions the team provides..i was interacting with Sweetan.
so far so good. seems like a better option than the other page builders..

This is a strong app. You need a decent understanding of css and html to get value out of it but the app is reliable, robust, and bug free. Good support by email.

Beginner friendly page builder. had some minor issues first starting out. Later they made the interface way better and more clear. Couldn't wish for a better customer service, respond immediately and solved every problem I had!
