Costumer Service is incredible. They reply no later than 5 minutes and they work on your issue as soon as possible. I told them I needed something to be fixed before a certain hour, and they indeed helped and fixed the problem! This is a great app to make very cute websites or even landing pages. I really think this app is the best app i have used so far for shopify platform. It saves me the cost to hire developers for the web design. Also, the customer service, Justin, is super awesome! He replied me fast and solved my problems all the time. I am really impressed and appreciate a lot!

Shogun has made making beautiful pages extremely easy. Support is quick and helpful as well!
I have been pretty happy with this application and their support. Honestly, I went quite a few months not having used the application after installing it - and wasted some money - but once I started putting to into use I found it very easy to use and helpful in creating tailored shopping experiences for our customers. I did recently run into an issue where reviews from Okendo would not display using their built in widgets, but I sent an email and their support team helped me out right away. I have no major complaints. It is a solid app.
