Overall it's great for what it does. What's not so great is relying on them when shit hits the fan. Something happened with their backend that kept us from updating our pages. Took them around a month to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Provided zero compensation for the issue even though I'm paying $$ each month. Hard to say how reliable they will be in the long run.

Awesome App. I emailed them regarding the product page and I got an answer within 2 minutes and they fixed my problem. Top notch customer service.

At the start there was a technical problem where we were unable to import products or collections from our Shopify admin, but customer service was fantastic: Responsive, kept me in the loop with information, managed my expectations really well. And the issue was fixed after a couple of back and forth communications.

Excellent support, quick and thorough responses, very impressed so far!
So far I love the shogun page builder! I can customize so much more easily than with Shopify. I've built some really beautiful pages.
My FAVORITE part though is the support. I was having issues adding a custom font for several days, and the shogun team chatted with me and walked me through everything until we were finally able to get it to work. That made all the difference!

Serious game changer, It takes a second to get your head around... especially the screen sizes options. If you have any experience with web design, maybe Wordpress page builders for example, you'll be able to "Plug 'n' Play"... but if you're a beginner, give yourself some time to learn Shogun.
