I use Shopify/Shogun for my company and I don't have a lot of skills in website.
Although, the team is really responsive and patient toward with me for all of my questions,concerns that I have.

It is quite a flexible CMS that is easy for a designer to learn. There are some bugs with fonts from time to time & content management (especially for updating text) is a bit tedious. Overall, it's a great app for Shopify to create good-looking pages or components for our website.

I am very new to this app and so far it is really great. I had some questions and logged on to the "chat" function to seek assistance. I received a video demo as a response, fully explaining what needed to be done to fix my error. I was incredibly impressed with the service and this did in fact fix my issue. If you're thinking about a page builder then defiantly consider Shogun - fairly simple to use and when you have any questions their support is excellent and will advise you on the best way to sort any issues. They have made some really good suggestions and have made a real difference.
