If you don't want people to use a free plan just say it directly. After I install your App, it just directed me to the Payment option...LOL I have spent lots of time with your Live Chat assistant or a sale keep persuading me to purchase your plan. BUT I keep mentioning if I don't get to use your App in the firsthand, how can I decide to upgrade or not? Still waiting for your team to give me a resolution but not keep selling me plans that I don't know how to use your App yet Such disappointed and not recommend anyone to install.

Our free plan is currently, only available to new users and this is also noted on our app store page. However, we understand the frustration if this was missed. We have shared the feedback with our team.
Shogun was first installed in your store a couple of years ago. However, I could see our support team reached out to you via email and also spoke to you and shared information on how we can help you to give Shogun a try again.

Absolutely fantastic application. I used it to design a series of landing pages for my store and it was easy to use and made my pages much, much more inviting. I'm still using it to beautify my website. Can't recommend it enough.
Great page builder! Able to do things outside of Shopify themes, which have limitations.
Really like being able to customize formatting across device sizes too. Great app.
Really strong page/site building app. Wish they handled Collections, but otherwise the app is very valuable despite it's limitations. In particular, if you have no design or coding skills, this can help you drag/drop pretty much your entire site design.
Best thing is their support team. Answer quickly and are very keen on showing you how they resolved the problem. Great customer service. Thanks James

Great app, absolutely FANTASTIC support - always get back to me when there's a problem. Great to see so much progress as well since we started using this over a year ago. Keep up the good work.
The app is not working properly, support has not fixed it. Cannot access my product page to edit it. There is some technical error. Gone back and forth with their team and they have finally decided to acknowledge that I have a problem. Waiting for their technical staff to respond but this is a huge disadvantage on a LIVE product page that I cannot even access because of this app.
I've been very pleased with this app! There are a lot of content option types and they give you so much control over the look, much more so than other apps I've found, which is great for a tech/design savvy person. They do have some templates that seem like they would be excellent for people looking for an easier experience. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
