Shogun has helped fix one of the biggest deficiencies in Shopify, the ability to customize sub pages. Most themes have beautiful home pages but seriously lack in the shop and blog pages.

Shogun is a WYSWYG application that makes drag and drop customization easy and efficient. I would highly recommend this app to web designers who are building rich multi page websites off of Shopify.

A few downsides; the text blocks are somewhat limited on font availability although the header blocks seem to contain all the same fonts as Shopify. Also sometimes going back and editing elements that have several layers can be frustrating.

I use this app to build my store. It's handy and efficient ! I recommend it for sure to anyone who wants to go deeper into page building with his store or landing page.

I was pretty inexperienced when I first started setting up my website in Shopify. I am not a developer and know just some of the basics of coding. If it wasn't for Shogun, my website would have been absolutely horrendous.

The platform is pretty simple, mostly just drag and drop. Being able to toggle between computer, tablet, and mobile screen settings helps me feel more at ease about what my customers are seeing.

If you are going to stick it out with Shopify, and you aren't very good at coding, save your time and energy and just use Shogun.

Do be aware there is NO ANALYTICS for the first two PAID plans. We found this out after we built pages. Think about this - publishing pages blind to your data as an intentional feature by the app developer. This important fact is not in their pricing information when you select a plan which seems misleading in a effort to upgrade you plan after doing the work and putting up pages

I love shogun. It is reasonably priced and also allows you to create all the personal touches to your website. Especially your main homepage. It's also good for altering collection pages - which are important as they can be your landing page too! Thankyou

This app is really easy to use (the drag and drop features are fantastic). The support team is also very knowledgeable and efficient and issues are usually fixed very quickly. The webinars they host are also really helpful!
