Great tool to help build your own site if you are familiar with other website design building tools

At the start there was a technical problem where we were unable to import products or collections from our Shopify admin, but customer service was fantastic: Responsive, kept me in the loop with information, managed my expectations really well. And the issue was fixed after a couple of back and forth communications.

In my research which has involved a lot of testing I have found other drag and drop applications that have a few more features, but Shogun is by FAR the most intuitive and responsive (less frustrating), which for me made it ultimately the winner.

So far so very good.

So far I love the shogun page builder! I can customize so much more easily than with Shopify. I've built some really beautiful pages.

My FAVORITE part though is the support. I was having issues adding a custom font for several days, and the shogun team chatted with me and walked me through everything until we were finally able to get it to work. That made all the difference!

Just started with Shogun and the builder seems really solid and effective ! Every time I have a question, support team answers really quickly even on sundays. For now, I REALLY recommand this app !
